Keith J. Hardman

Dr. Keith Hardman, who earned a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, served for thirty-five years as Professor of Religion and Philosophy at Ursinus College in Pennsylvania, and chair of the department. Other published titles of Hardman’s include: Seasons of Refreshing: Evangelism and Revivals in America, which has also been translated into Korean; Charles G. Finney: Revivalist and Reformer (considered the definitive biography of this important evangelist); The Spiritual Awakeners (Moody Press), Issues in American Christianity (Baker Book House), Ingredients of the Christian Faith (Tyndale House). He has written a number of articles in Religious Revivals in America (Greenwood Press), and in The New International Dictionary of the Christian Church (Zondervan, 1985), and in Church History, the journal of the American Society of Church History.
